Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
For that reason, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email us at support@everwoodnaturals.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The name and email used at checkout

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In that case, you may return it in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy once it arrives.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusing a delivery does not constitute a cancellation.
Refunds will be issued only after the product is returned to us in unused, unopened condition and may be subject to return shipping charges.
