We want you — and your dog — to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at support@everwoodnaturals.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions
For the safety of pets, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products (such as supplement chews or toppers).
Late / Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
