Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@everwoodnaturals.com.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Issues / Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information entered at checkout.
If your package has been marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue continues, reach out to us and we will assist however we can.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s).
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email us at support@everwoodnaturals.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee the change if the order has already shipped.
